About us

Connecting people through food.

We built Fudi Eats to formalize the informal food economy, giving the cooks and bakers already feeding their neighborhoods a proper place to sell.

Why we built this

Some of the best food in any neighborhood never shows up on a delivery app. It's sold through Instagram stories, WhatsApp groups and word of mouth: a neighbor's sourdough, a weekend batch of guava pastries, a grandmother's cookie recipe.

Buying it means chasing DMs, paying in cash and hoping the post is still current. Selling it means juggling messages, tracking who paid, and answering "where do I pick up?" again and again.

Fudi Eats gives that food economy a home: listings buyers nearby can find, payments handled in the app, an order queue that keeps sellers organized, and pickups confirmed with a quick scan.

“Good food brings people together.”

The idea behind Fudi Eats

What we believe

How we show up for buyers and sellers.

Friendly

Welcoming, accessible and human. Everyone is welcome at the table, whether buying their first loaf or selling their hundredth.

Curious

Always ready to discover something new. We want you to find the dish you didn't know was made two streets away.

Playful

Light humor, never juvenile. Food should be fun, and so should finding it.

Tasteful

Thoughtful and considered, never snobbish. Good food comes from every kind of kitchen.

Reliable

Clear and responsible at the moments that matter: paying, picking up, and getting paid.
